At Tweed Coast Mazda we aim to deliver the highest level of service to our customers at all times and in all situations.

We are a proud member of the community and as everyone deals with the challenge of Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to reassure you that our team are taking proactive measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our customers and staff.

Our business remains open and is operating as usual with great deals available. However we are happy to explore alternative arrangements in order to assist our customers with test drives, vehicle collections and servicing. This includes these methods being available to be conducted at your home.

In addition: The health and safety of our customers and staff is paramount and as a result we want to take this opportunity to share the following measures we have put in place:

Hygiene practices

We continue to maintain the highest hygiene and cleaning practices throughout our dealerships. We are closely following all advice received from Australian medical authorities, as well as the World Health Organisation (WHO), regarding precautions that are needed to minimise risks associated with COVID-19.

We are ensuring our staff maintain high hygiene standards throughout each dealership, including practicing proper hand sanitising procedures and cough etiquette. We are equipped with hand sanitiser stations, which are available to all staff and our guests.

Service

Your vehicles will be returned to you with all hard surfaces disinfected including steering wheel, door handles, gear-shifters and car keys. Our Service Technicians disinfect their hands prior to working on your vehicle and afterwards. In addition, gloves are worn at all times.

Sales

All demonstrator & used vehicles are cleaned and disinfected after each test drive ensuring clean surfaces. A strict no-touch policy is in place until further notice for all departments (staff and customers should refrain from any handshaking).

Cleaning

We continue to uphold the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our dealerships, including service and loan cars, with already stringent hygiene processes in place. At a minimum, our dealerships are cleaned daily, incuding spot cleans. This includes the use of an antibacterial cleaning product that reduces the risk of harmful viruses, moulds, fungus, algae and any other possible harmful pathogenic bacteria.

This is a challenging time for all of us but we will continue to closely monitor the situation and remain committed to providing you with the highest level of service possible.
